Landmark Centre is a comprehensive office development ultimately featuring six office buildings. Landmark V is currently under construction for Spring 2006 occupancy.

The communications infrastructure system at Landmark Centre provides high-speed fiber optic connectivity from multiple carriers, including Telus, Shaw, Big-Pipe, BC Net and others. This system provides virtually unlimited capacity, with built-in diversity and redundancy.
Landmark Technology Centre is host to the BC Net High Performance Research Network, with 10-gig capacity through the Kelowna transit exchange (KELTX), which is located with Landmark Technology Centre. This will provide extremely high-speed advanced networking to British Columbia's research and higher education institutes and will connect UBC Okanagan, Okanagan College, Kelowna General Hospital, Interior Health Authority and BCIT Aerospace Facility.

The HVAC system incorporates an environmentally friendly, closed loop geothermal loop system. Landmark III, IV and V obtain 100% of their heating requirements from the ground surrounding the complex.
Landmark III, IV and V are fed from a looped hydro system using two sub-stations to provide world-class redundant power supply.
For added electrical security, tenants can connect part of their facility to one of the three on-site 406 kVa Kohler diesel generators.
Landmark Centre has on-site data centres to accommodate your data requirements in a secure and controlled environment.
